Our International Food Festival is happy to have Nataly Andrade return this year with the Ecuador booth. This is her second year leading her own food team–in the past, she helped with the Peru team. Nataly was born in New Jersey but both of her parents are from Ecuador. She has been in North Carolina for 6 years and looks forward to working in the booth with her family members once again this year.
The team will serve Llapingachos, which are delicious fried potato cakes filled with cheese and a peanut sauce. A side beet and carrot salad of will accompany the meal.
